These single-origin green coffee beans are Robusta, sourced directly from small family farms in Vietnam’s Central Highlands—a region known globally for producing high-quality Robusta with exceptional body, structure, and crema potential.
The highland climate, volcanic soils, and consistent growing conditions of this region naturally produce Robusta beans with low acidity, heavy mouthfeel, and strong caffeine content, making them especially well-suited for espresso, dark roasts, and blends where strength and texture matter.
My wife’s family has grown coffee in this region for decades using traditional farming and processing methods focused on durability, consistency, and flavor integrity. This coffee comes from a small-batch harvest that we personally sourced and brought back, then packed fresh in the USA to preserve quality and stability.
